International Festival of Folk Dances this festival, held annually in early July, features a large number of folk dance performances.
Sarajevo film festival this annual event is held in early August. This film festival focuses on regional feature, short, and documentary films, with competition open to eastern European countries.The best about this festival is that the town looks like big open scene. So there are lots of concerts, organized in halls, but also live music and bands in pubs. The locals said it is the most lively part of the year and you do not have a problem stay out until dawn.
International Theatre Festival this festival, held annually in October, features a number of theatrical performances, including classic and modern works.
