CONDITIONS FOR THE ENTRY INTO BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Foreigners who meet the conditions for entry into Bosnia and Herzegovina prescribed by the Law on Foreigners may enter Bosnia and Herzegovina

upon presentation of a negative PCR test for SARS-COV-2 virus that is not older than 48 hours until arrival at the border crossing of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

CROATIA – MONTENEGRO – ALBANIA – MACEDONIA

Duration: 12 Days/ 11 Nights

Day 1 : CROATIA (D)

Airport – Dubrovnik

Arrive to Dubrovnik, greeting by German speaking guide. City tour. Transfer to hotel.

Dinner. Overnight.

Day 2 : CROATIA – MONTENEGRO (B,D)

Dubrovnik – Herceg Novi – Budva……. ( 120 km – 2,30 h )

Breakfast.Departure for Montenegro.Arrival in Herceg Novi,free time for sightseeing.

Departure for Budva. Arrival at hotel.Dinner and overnight in Budva.

Day 3 : MONTENEGRO (B,D)

Budva – Kotor – Perast – Budva…… ( 70 km – 1,30 h )

Breakfast.City tour trough old town Budva with a guide. Departure for Kotor. Crusing on the

Boat from Kotor Bay to Perast with a guide. Short visit to curch “Gospa od Škrpjela”. Arrival at Kotor

and sightseeing of the Old town with a guide. Departure for Budva. Dinner. Overnight in Budva.

Day 4 : MONTENEGRO – ALBANIA (B,L,D)

Budva – Bar – Shkoder – Durres ………… ( 200 km – 3 h )

Breakfast.Continue to Albani. After the customs’ procedures, stop to visit Shkodra. City tour of Shkodra

including the visits of: Mosque,The Catholic Cathedral (in 19 century was the largest one in the Balkans), the traditional road build at the beginning of the xx-th century, which bears the distinctive architectural characteristics of the museum area and Rozafa Castle, founded in 3th century BC, built in a rocky hill and surrounding by the three rivers Drini, Buna and Kiri. Lunch in local restaurant. Continue to Durres.

Dinner and overnight in Durres.

Day 5 : ALBANIA (B,L,D)

Durres – Berat – Durres ……………… ( 200 km – 3 h )

Breakfast.City tour of Durres: Visit The Amphitheatre, built in the 2nd century A.D, The Belle of Durres and the Archaeological Museum. Drive towards Berat. Sightseeing tour of the city of “ one thousend windows “ an UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit The Cathedral of St. Nicholas, Onufri’s Museum,the Crown Mosque, the Mosque of Lead and the grave of Abaz Aliu, located on the top of Mountain of Tomorr, the biggest pilgrimage of the Bektashi sect in Albania. Lunch at the local restaurant.Drive towards Durres. Free time/time of leisure.Dinner and overnight in Durres.

Day 6 : ALBANIA (B,L,D)

Durres – Kruje – Tirane …………… ( 150 km – 2,30 h )

Breakfast.Continue towards Kruja, the picturesque birthplace of Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg, (the Albania ’s National Hero) – perched at more than 4,000 feet above sea level. Visit The Gjergj Kastrioti (Scanderbeg) Museum, located inside the castle, the attractive Medieval Bazaar. Lunch in local restaurant. Drive towards Tirana. Check in hotel in Tirana. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7 : ALBANIA (B,D)

Tirane

Breakfast. City tour of the capital of Albania.Visit National Historic Museum, the Clock Tower,

dated in the years 21-22 of the XIX and in 200 years of existence it became the symbol of the city,the Mosque of Ethem Bey. Free time.Dinner and overnight in Tirana.

Day 8 : ALBANIA – MACEDONIA (B,L,D)

Tirane – Elbasan – Ohrid ………… ( 140 km – 2,30 h )

Breakfast .Continue towards Macedonia’s border. After the customs’ procedures, stop to visit Monestery Struga in village of Kalishta , within cave church and frescoes from the 13th century.Lunch. Continue towards Ohrid. Check in hotel. Dinner. Overnight in Ohrid.

Day 9 : MACEDONIA (B,D)

Ohrid

Breakfast. Whole day sightseeing tour of city of Ohrid and Ohrid lake, including walking tour of old town of Ohrid.

Including visit to Church of Virgin Perivlepte,gallery of Icons, fortress of Tszar Samuel, Church of St. Kliment, Cathedral St.Sofia . Free time. Afternoon visit to Monastery of St. Naum. Boat drive to the river source of Crni Drim. Return to hotel. Dinner at the national restaurant with folk music and dance. Overnight in Ohrid.

Day 10 : MACEDONIA (B,L,D)

Ohrid – Bitola – Prilep – Skopje …… ( 230 km – 3,30 h )

Breakfast. Drive to the city of Bitola. Visit the ancient site of Heraclea Lynkestis.

Lunch and vine testing at the Macedonian most popular region of Tikvesh. Late afternoon arrival at Skopje. Check in. Dinner. Overnight in Skopje.

Day 11 : MACEDONIA (B,D)

Skopje

Breakfast. Whole day sightseeing tour of Skopje with the local guide. Visit the Memorial place of

birth of Mother Teresa. Church of Holly Salvation with wooden iconostasis, old market and Archeological Museum. Free time for individual activities. Dinner at the national restaurant in the old town .Overnight in Skopje.

Day 12 : MACEDONIA (B)

Skopje – Airport

Breakfast. Free time befor departure to Skopje airport. End of services.

DAY 02: SARAJEVO (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning depart for a City & Ethnic Tour .

Highlights: You will visit the Church of St.Anthony of Padua built in 1914 at the same place where the old church was. Sarajevo Cathedral, designed by Josip Vancas, built in 1884. Within few hundred meters you will pass by mosque, catholic church, old Jewish temple and Orthodox church. The afternoon is at leisure for you to independently explore the City.

Return to hotel for dinner. Overnight stay.

DAY 03: SARAJEVO (B,L,D)

Breakfast at hotel. Morning depart to Vrelo Bosne(the spring of river Bosna) Vrelo Bosne is a thriving tourist attraction, both for foreigners visiting Sarajevo and for locals who wish to enjoy the nature. It consists of a number of small islands connected by bridges over the various little streams. Lunch. Free time until dinner. Overnight stay.

DAY 04: SARAJEVO – FOJNICA – KRALJEVA SUTJESKA – SARAJEVO (B,L)

Breakfast at hotel. Overland transfer to Fojnica, famous for its thermal waters and stunning Monastery.

Highlights: Franciscan Monastery and Church of St.Spirit built in 14th century with rich museum collection. Kraljeva Sutjeska- Franciscan Monastery and Church of St. John The Baptist was built in the beginning of 13th century. Destroyed more than once, but always rebuilt. The last queen of Bosnia Queen Katarina reside here until was forced to exile to Rome.

After lunch transfer to Sarajevo. Overnight stay.

DAY 05: SARAJEVO – MOSTAR – DUBROVNIK (B,L,D)

After breakfast , overland transfer to Mostar and Dubrovnik.

Guided tour of Mostar – The name of the city signifies “bridge-keeper”, as a bridge has always been at the heart of the town’s identity. You will visit Muslibegovica House as ideal example of Mostar’s grand houses of the Ottoman period. Karadjoz-bey mosque, considered to be the most beautiful mosque in the region of Herzegovina, walk through the old town and over the old bridge-listed as a UNESCO heritage site.

Late afternoon arrival in Dubrovnik. Check in hotel. Dinner. Overnight.

DAY 06: DUBROVNIK (B,L,D)

After breakfast city tour of Dubrovnik with local guide. Lunch. Rest and relax until dinner. Overnight.

DAY 07: DUBROVNIK (B,L,D)

Day of leisure.

DAY 08: DUBROVNIK – BUDVA(Montenegro) (B,L,D)

After breakfast , overland transfer to Budva. Un rout lunch at the local restaurant. Late afternoon arrival in Budva. Ckeck in hotel. Dinner. Overnight.

DAY 09: BUDVA (B,L,D)

After breakfast guided city tour of Budva. Lunch. Rest and relax until dinner. Overnight.

DAY 10: BUDVA – KOTOR – BUDVA (B,L,D)

After breakfast transfer by ferry to city of Kotor, one of the most beautifull port in Montenegro.City tour. Bus transfer back to Budva. Dinner. Overnight.

DAY 11: BUDVA – CETINJE – BUDVA (B,L,D)

After breakfast day trip to Cetinje and visit to national park of Lovcen and Mausoleum of Njegos –the late ruler of Montenegro mostly famous as a poet. Return to hotel for dinner. Overnight.

DAY 12: BUDVA – DUBROVNIK (B)

After breakfast check out and transfer to Dubrovnik Airport. End of services.

Located on the crossroads, Bosnia was conquired for the centuries by Iliric, Romans, Byzantines… Beginning from the 12th century Bosnia found itself outside the control of various forces and emerged as an independent state under the rule of local “Ban” – Governer. Kulin Ban was first notable Bosnian ruler (1180-1204)

DAY 01:       ARRIVE – SARAJEVO

Arrives at  Sarajevo airport. Meet & greet service by English Speaking Guide.

Transfer to hotel. Check-in, rest & relax. Overnight stay.

DAY 02:      SARAJEVO

Breakfast at hotel. Morning depart for a City & Ethnic Tour .

Breakfast at hotel.  Overland transfer to Kraljeva Sutjeska, famous for its Franciscan Monastery and Church of St. John The Baptist that was built in the beginning of 13th century. Destroyed more than once, but always rebuilt. The last queen of Bosnia,  Queen Katarina reside  here until was forced to exile to Rome.

Vranduk fortress, first mentioned in 1410 at the amizing hill side location was importante safe gard on the cross roads from the Austrohungaria to Adriatic sea.

Late afternoon arrivel to Jajce. Overnight stay.

DAY 04:     JAJCE – BANJA LUKA

After breakfast sightseeing tour of Jajce.

Highlights: You will visit the The fortress of Jajce and its Citadel, the catacombs – which are unique monument of that kind on Balkan peninsula, the temple of roman god Mithras, the remains of medieval churches of St. Luka and st. Katarina. Once the capital of Bosnia and the city of kings and queens, Jajce will certainly impress you with its glorious history. In the afternoon hours transfer to Banja Luka.

Banja Luka was first mentioned in a document in 1494, but Banja Luka s history dates back to ancient

Times. Old fort Kastel is ecidence of a Roman presence.

DAY 05:     BANJA LUKA – TRAVNIK – SARAJEVO

After breakfast free time until departure. Transfer to Sarajevo via Travnik.  Among the best saved fortress is the Old Town in Travnik (Kastel). It is placed in natural exaltation which is surrounded by  wall dominating the town.  It was made in the first part of the XV century as a defense spot from Turkish attacks.

Late arrival in Sarajevo. Overnight

DAY 06:     SARAJEVO – DEPARTURE

After breakfast transfer to the airport. End of service.
